Returns
You may request a replacement or return if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Minor variations in color due to photography or screen settings.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacement
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
